Perfectionism, People-Pleasing & Achievement

Emotional Regulation & Mood
Developing a deeper understanding of emotions, mood and nervous system responses while building greater resilience, self-awareness and emotional balance.
Relationships, Intimacy & Connection
Strengthening communication, deepening intimacy and fostering more authentic and fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.
Trauma, Identity & Life Transitions
Exploring the impact of past experiences, questions of identity and significant life changes while creating space for healing, growth, and meaning.
What To Expect
Therapy begins with an opportunity to explore what is bringing you in and what you hope to gain from the process. Together, you and Michelle will develop an understanding of your experiences, current challenges, strengths and goals.
Sessions are collaborative, conversational and tailored to your unique needs. Some people come seeking support through a specific challenge or life transition, while others are interested in deeper self-understanding, relationship patterns, or long-standing concerns. The pace and focus of therapy evolve over time, creating space for reflection, insight, skill development and meaningful change.
Throughout the process, Michelle works to create a therapeutic relationship that is thoughtful, supportive, and grounded in curiosity, respect and authenticity.
