Virtual Therapy for Individuals and Couples
You have spent years achieving, leading, caring for others and meeting the demands of life. Therapy provides a space to reconnect with yourself, nurture meaningful relationships, and create a life that feels sustainable, fulfilling and authentically your own.
What Becomes Possible
Imagine waking with a little more ease. Feeling more connected to yourself, more present in your relationships and less burdened by the pressure to always do more, be more, or hold it all together.
Many people come to realize that the strategies that once helped them succeed are no longer serving them in the same way. As insight grows, self-criticism often gives way to self-understanding, boundaries become clearer and relationships feel more authentic and connected.
Life begins to feel less like a series of responsibilities to manage and more like something to be experienced. With greater clarity, intention, and alignment, there is more room for connection, fulfillment and a life that feels truly your own.
From Surviving to Thriving
Whether you are holding the demands of leadership, navigating a high-pressure career, caring for children, aging parents, or other loved ones, or noticing a growing distance within a long-term partnership, meaningful change often begins by slowing down. When life becomes focused on meeting the needs of everyone around us, it can be easy to lose sight of our own needs, relationships and sense of self.
Creating space to pause allows us to gain perspective on the patterns, pressures and experiences influencing our lives and to make more intentional choices about how we move forward. Through this process, many people experience less overwhelm, stronger relationships and a greater sense of clarity, confidence and direction.

Meet Michelle
Michelle Labine, PhD, is a Registered Psychotherapist, AASECT-certified sex therapist, author and neurodivergent clinician with more than 25 years of experience in the field of mental health.
Michelle works with professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders, caregivers, pareents and neurodivergent adults who, by all accounts, are successful on the outside while also navigating burnout, perfectionism, chronic stress, relationship challenges, or a growing sense of disconnection from themselves.
Drawing from professional expertise and lived experience as an AuDHD clinician, Michelle offers a warm, collaborative and neuro-affirming approach to therapy. She creates a space where clients can explore identity, relationships, intimacy and life transitions with curiosity, self-compassion and authenticity.
Michelle is also the author of Her Face of Autism and writes about the experiences of later-diagnosed autistic and ADHD women. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing and growth happen within safe, meaningful relationships and that understanding ourselves more deeply creates the possibility for greater connection, fulfillment and well-being.
Whether you are seeking support as an individual or as a couple, Michelle’s goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships and create a life that feels aligned with who you are and what matters most to you.
“We are not meant to spend our lives striving, performing, or proving our worth. We are meant to live fully, connect deeply and be known for who we truly are.”
— Michelle Labine, PhD
